Produced in Normandy by Toutain, XO 8 Year Old Calvados is aged for a minimum of eight years in oak, building depth while retaining clear apple character. Aromas of baked apple and dried apricot sit alongside vanilla, toasted almond and warm spice. The texture is smooth and rounded, with orchard fruit layered against caramel, oak and a touch of nutmeg, finishing long and gently spiced.
