PLUMA began in Brighton — a city where food matters, drinks are taken seriously, and nobody feels the need to overcomplicate either. It’s shaped by restaurants, wine bars, and conversations that tend to stretch longer than planned. The sea is nearby, but it’s the attitude that sticks: relaxed, curious, and quietly opinionated.

PLUMA comes from Brunswick Fine Wines, our big sibling and still very much part of the family. For years, Brunswick has focused on sourcing fine wine for cellars, collectors, and long-term thinking — cases, bonded warehouses, and bottles bought with patience in mind.

PLUMA is what happens when that same knowledge, network, and standards are given a bit more freedom.

Think of it as branching out rather than breaking away. The experience is different, but the foundations are the same. We draw on Brunswick’s relationships and expertise, then apply them to a more immediate way of drinking.

PLUMA is online-only and UK-wide, and deliberately uncomplicated. The focus is on flavour, balance, and personality — bottles with something to say, without asking you to plan ahead.

Wine comes first, but it doesn’t exist in isolation. We share ideas around food, drink, and the people who make them, because wine is better when it’s part of a wider conversation — preferably one happening around a table.
