And for years, through our sister company Brunswick Fine Wines, we did exactly that – hunting down rare vintages, sourcing for cellars, and thinking like collectors. But somewhere between the bonded warehouses and investment portfolios, we realised something: not everyone wants wine for the year 2045. Some people just want a truly great bottle for Thursday night.

That’s why we created PLUMA. We take all the know-how, relationships, and attention to detail we’ve honed over years in the fine wine world, but pour it into a simpler, more immediate experience – single bottles, ready to drink, chosen because they taste brilliant right now.

And it’s not just about selling you a bottle and sending you on your way. We’re here to share stories worth reading, recipes worth cooking, and pairings worth trying.
