UK Returns:

We hope you love every bottle you receive from Pluma, but if you change your mind, no problem.
You have 3 calendar days from receiving your order to let us know. Just email us at info@pluma.wine with your Account and Order Number.
Return postage is at your expense, and once the wines arrive back with us safely, we’ll issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.

If we’ve sent something incorrect, please let us know within 3 days and we’ll arrange a free collection and replacement straight away.

We pack everything with great care in approved, protective packaging — but on rare occasions, breakages can happen in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please report it as soon as possible and ideally at the point of delivery if damage is visible.

  • All goods should be checked on arrival.

  • Email us at info@pluma.wine within 24 hours of signing for the order.

  • We may ask for photos so we can put things right quickly.
