Produced in Barbados, Doorly’s Fine Old 14 Year Old is celebrated for its rich, robust flavour and bold oak character. Matured for 14 years in both ex-Bourbon and Madeira casks, each component is fully aged (which is significant) in its respective cask before blending, creating a complex, layered rum with exceptional depth.
Aromas of bright citrus, toasted nuts, and gentle spice precede a full-bodied palate of rich oak, dried fruit, and vanilla. The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying, making it a favourite among rum enthusiasts.
