This mezcal is made with green agave, a plant native to the deserts in the state of San Luis Potosí. There are full-bodied notes of roasted agave, burnt sugar, mixed herbs, stewed plums and honeysuckle on the palate. As usual with Clase Azul, the spirit with bottled in a stunning decanter.
