Apricot skin, orange peel and a hint of spice, with a bright, tea-like grip that keeps everything lifted and precise. Crisp acidity and gentle texture make it feel almost like sipping pure fruit on a warm day. Michi’s Farm is biodynamic and organic, and the work in the vineyards reflects it: animals help graze and fertilise, cover crops are rotated naturally, and every step is about balance. The vines sit on a mix of loam, sandstone and chalk, giving the wine both structure and freshness. In the cellar, careful skin-contact and light handling bring out the clarity and character of the grapes without heaviness, producing an orange wine that is expressive, elegant, and unmistakably Austrian.
