A blend of 2022, 2023, and 2024, Bonkers V2 is a pure, elegant, and slightly salty expression of Chardonnay with the same patina of oak as V1. with a deliciously creamy texture and crafted with even greater longevity in mind
Chalk and citrus aromatics are threaded with richer notes of oak spice and brioche. Creamy in texture, it has a long, tapering, and deliciously salty, Chablis-meets-Sussex finish. Give this plenty of air and time and it will pay dividends.
