This exceptional Blanc de Blancs is made by Dermot as a tribute to his brother - ‘The truth is there is no fitting tribute to someone like Boz… Cuvée Boz, however, is my attempt.”

Cuvée Boz, 100% Chardonnay, is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified entirely in stainless barrels, without any oak, the wine has a remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through displaying toasty, flint-like minerality and a long, persistent finish.
