On the nose, all the richness and subtlety of an aromatic contour is both complex and refreshing at the same time. In the mouth, the balance of tension is controlled by the blossoming of the wine (preserved peaches, fine apple tart and lemon verbena tea) and embodied by the line of noble flavours (fresh figs and exceptional teas).
