From Isle of Harris Distillers, The Hearach is the distillery’s first single malt, shaped by its maritime island location in the Outer Hebrides. Gentle peat smoke sits alongside coastal air, wildflowers, barley sweetness and light citrus. Soft smoke, honeyed malt, heather and subtle stone fruit carry through, with a light mineral, saline edge. Clean, long and lightly briny, with restrained peat and fresh herbal notes.
