A vibrant and expressive Sauvignon Blanc from Slovenia’s Goriška Brda region. Lime and green apple set the pace, with a subtle herbaceous edge adding freshness rather than sharpness. There’s a clean, lightly mineral feel through the middle, giving the wine shape and momentum, before a dry, refreshing finish that keeps everything crisp and easygoing. Bright, lively and very drinkable.
