A newer addition to the Cascahuin range, one which reaffirms the sweet taste of Blue Weber Agavbe. The juice here is extracted 100% by Tahona, a prehispanic rock that was previously used for the extraction of agave. Very refreshing aromas of mint and citrus while maintaining the soft and persistent notes of cooked agave.
More mildly sweet and herbal notes follow on in flavour and which are distinct from the Valley Area.
