Its distinctive character is defined by the influence of the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still, which imparts an earthy, subtly peat-like finish.
A full and inviting nose reveals aromas of dark coffee, candied orange, roasted almonds, dark chocolate, black pepper, and vanilla. The palate offers flavours of grilled tropical fruit layered with smooth oak spice, leading to a moderately full-bodied and refined finish.
